Day 81: Do something for yourself today! Hope you all enjoyed the “big game” last night! So happy the Eagles won! I almost always root for the underdog though. Glad the Patriots got dethroned! I am sure I am not the only one that is glad!
Since I ate too much junk food last night and might have had one too many beers, I really feel I NEED to do something healthy for myself today.
My goal is to do something good for myself today. I made this decision when I stepped on the scale and saw “the number,” it was not pretty! I am a member of a great little gym down the road and I am going to have a heckuva “sweat fest!”
There are so many benefits to rigorous exercise:
- Increased metabolism
- Improved mood
- Improved circulation
- Increased energy
- Increased muscle tone
- Helps with weight loss
- Good for your bones
- Improves brain health
- Improves memory
Well I better go off to the gym. Go out and do something for yourself today!
